At Going Hockey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your off-ice apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
